RETURN & REFUND

We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship have successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections. Most items sold by szdealer are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties.

We have a hassle-free 30-days return and exchange policy.

Please contact us for RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 30 days after you signed the parcel, contact us by service@szdealer.com
RMA are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction and misshipments. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). please send a email to service@szdealer.com
Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.
We will refund the buyer within 3 business days after receive the returned parcel.
The buyers are responsible to the return delivery fee.
COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
For warranty returns passed the 30 days, please contact us so we can make sure we are providing you with the best possible technical support.
